Toms River Specialty Demolition is a referral service — not a contractor. We connect homeowners with registered local crews and step back. We never perform, oversee, or warrant the work itself.

We're operated by Swell Ventures LLC. We started this because finding a trustworthy demolition crew on the Jersey Shore is genuinely hard: a lot of the housing stock is second homes, access varies wildly from wide mainland lots to tight island streets, and homeowners rarely know who actually pulls the permit, disconnects the utilities, and hauls the debris. We do one thing — connect you with vetted local crews who do the work — and we try to do it honestly.

Where we work

We cover 23 towns across the Jersey Shore — the mainland towns, the bayfront and lagoon communities, and the barrier-island streets. Access changes most from one to the next, which is why our service-area pages talk about the job town by town rather than in one generic pitch.

How we vet the crews

Before any crew receives a referral from us, we confirm their New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration is active with the Division of Consumer Affairs, and we record the date we checked. Insurance is not part of that check, and nothing here confirms that a crew carries liability cover. For bigger tear-downs we also want to see they can pull the township demolition permit and dispose of debris properly. How we're paid

Contractors pay us for job referrals. Homeowners never pay us anything, and we take no part of what you pay a contractor. That's worth knowing so you can weigh what we say accordingly: we have an interest in you contacting a contractor, and no interest in which one you choose or whether you hire them at all.
