Toms River Specialty Demolition

Where we work

23 towns across the Jersey Shore. Every crew we send is local to the county.

Looking for the county-wide picture — demolition companies across Ocean County, NJ, how to check one is registered, and which municipal office issues the permit in each town? That is all on one page.

We cover the Jersey Shore — the mainland towns, the bayfront and lagoon communities, and the barrier-island streets. Access is the thing that changes most from one to the next: a wide mainland lot with driveway room is a very different job from a tight island street where every load has to be walked out. Pick your town below for the detail that applies where you are — or just tell us what needs to go and we'll route it to crews who work your area.

Barrier island & shore boroughs

Tight lots, small setbacks, and flood-zone rules. Pools, decks, and hot tubs on narrow properties where equipment and dumpsters usually stage from the street.

  • Long Beach Township — the sprawling township that stitches together most of Long Beach Island, from Loveladies and Harvey Cedars in the north to Holgate at the southern tip
  • Point Pleasant Beach — the northern Ocean County shore borough at the mouth of the Manasquan River, known for its boardwalk and inlet
  • Seaside Heights — the densely built boardwalk borough on the Barnegat Peninsula, packed between the ocean and the bay

Bayshore & river towns

Mixed mainland and waterfront lots along the bay, rivers, and lagoons. The full range of residential demolition, with lagoon and flood-zone jobs needing extra care.

  • Bayville — the main community of Berkeley Township, spread along Barnegat Bay and inland off Route 9 in central Ocean County
  • Beachwood — a compact borough on the Toms River (the waterway) in central Ocean County, just south of downtown Toms River
  • Brick — a large bayshore township on the northern Ocean County coast, spanning the Metedeconk River, Barnegat Bay, and inland neighborhoods
  • Forked River — the main community of Lacey Township, running from Route 9 down through lagoon neighborhoods to Barnegat Bay in the southern end of Ocean County
  • Island Heights — a small borough on a bluff above the north bank of the Toms River, founded in the 1870s as a Methodist camp-meeting resort and still carrying the Victorian housing stock that came with it
  • Little Egg Harbor — a township in the southern end of Ocean County running from inland pinelands out to the extensive Mystic Island lagoon communities on Great Bay
  • Pine Beach — a small riverfront borough on the north bank of the Toms River between Beachwood and Ocean Gate, laid out as a summer colony and never really rebuilt out of that footprint
  • Point Pleasant — a mainland borough on the Manasquan River and its canal in northern Ocean County, just inland of Point Pleasant Beach
  • South Toms River — a small borough on the south bank of the Toms River, directly across the water from downtown Toms River
  • Toms River — the large, central Ocean County township that wraps from inland neighborhoods out to the barrier beaches and the bay
  • Tuckerton — a small historic borough at the head of Tuckerton Creek in the southern end of Ocean County, near Great Bay
  • Waretown — the main community of Ocean Township in the southern end of Ocean County, running from Route 9 down to Barnegat Bay

Inland & western Ocean County

Larger inland lots with room to work. Detached garages, sheds, above-ground pools, and the occasional mobile home, with space to stage machines and roll-off dumpsters on site.

  • Barnegat — a growing township in the southern end of Ocean County that runs from Route 9 and the Parkway inland out toward a small bayfront on Barnegat Bay
  • Jackson — a large, semi-rural township in western Ocean County, well inland of the shore
  • Lakehurst — a compact, one-square-mile borough in the pinelands of western Ocean County, entirely surrounded by Manchester Township and best known for the adjacent naval air station
  • Lakewood — a large, densely growing township in northern Ocean County, well inland of the shore
  • Manahawkin — the mainland hub of Stafford Township, set back from the bay behind Route 72 and the approach to the Manahawkin Bay Bridge
  • Manchester — a large inland township in central-western Ocean County, much of it in the pinelands, with extensive active-adult communities
  • New Egypt — a rural farming township in the far northwestern corner of Ocean County, centered on the village of New Egypt
  • Whiting — the pinelands village at the junction of Route 530 and Route 70 in western Manchester Township, built out around some of the largest active-adult communities in Ocean County
