You prove it on our money first. Then you rent it.
There is one model here, in two phases, and no per-lead pricing to weigh up. First we send you real demolition jobs at no charge so you can see what the Jersey Shore actually produces. If the work is there, you rent the site — one flat monthly rate, every lead yours alone. If it is not there, you have lost nothing but the calls you chose to make.
The proving run — free
Every matching job comes to you at no cost — nothing to claim, nothing to pay, nothing signed. Up to 10 jobs, and you keep every one you win. We take no fee and no percentage of anything you invoice in that window.
The run ends after 10 jobs, not on a date — a slow month would prove nothing and a busy one would give away far more than it needed to. Held open no longer than 90 days either way.

- A current certificate of insurance, with policy number and expiry
- Workers' compensation coverage, or documentation of exemption
- For pool and structure demolition: experience pulling township demolition permits and arranging utility disconnects
- For haul-off: proof you dispose of debris through a licensed facility

- This is a marketing and lead-referral arrangement. We generate and refer homeowner leads; we do not guarantee any specific number of leads in a month.
- Lead volume varies, and search rankings can fluctuate month to month. Some months are busier than others.
- Any job, quote, contract, price, warranty, and dispute is strictly between you and the homeowner. We are not a party to it and take no cut.
- This site and its domain remain owned and operated by Swell Ventures LLC. The proving run is free, and after it you pay a flat monthly rate for exclusive referral of the leads it generates. Either way you are paying for leads, not buying the site.

What does it cost?
Nothing to start. Your proving run is free — up to 10 real jobs at no charge, nothing signed, no card on file. After that, if you take the site on, it is one flat monthly rate covering every lead it produces, with no per-lead charges on top. There is no pay-per-lead tier; we don't sell leads.
What happens after the free run?
We look at what the site sent you and what those jobs were worth. If it earned its keep, we quote a flat monthly rate for your service area and you rent the site — every qualified lead routes to you and no one else. How do I get the leads?
Straight to you the moment a homeowner submits a request — with their full contact details, ready to call. Once you're set up you'll also have a private lead bank where every lead is waiting for you to work.
Are there other crews competing for these?
Never for the same job — each request goes to one crew, so you will never be the fourth company to call a homeowner about the same teardown. During a free proving run we may have another crew trialling the site alongside you; ask and we'll tell you the real number rather than imply a crowd. Renting is what ends the question for good — from the day you take the site on, no other crew receives anything from it at all.
How many leads will I get?
It varies month to month and we don't guarantee a specific number — this is marketing, and search traffic moves. The trial is capped at about 10 leads rather than a fixed calendar window, so every crew gets the same proof rather than whatever that month happened to produce. Once you rent the site, every lead it produces goes to you and no one else.
Do you take a cut of the job?
No. Whatever you quote and collect from the homeowner is entirely yours, on either model. We only charge for the leads — never a percentage of the work.
I only do pools / I only do concrete. Is that fine?
