The usual approach

Sheds are the fastest job on the list — a crew dismantles or knocks it down, pulls the floor and any slab or blocks, and hauls everything off, typically in a single visit. Larger sheds on a permanent foundation may need a quick permit check with the town.

A shed is the one job on this list that sometimes needs no machine at all. If it is framed and sitting on skids or blocks, two people and a trailer can do it. If it is masonry, or sitting on a poured pad that is also coming out, it turns into a small excavator job and prices accordingly.
