Whiting demolition & structure removal

Part of Manchester Township, Whiting is the pinelands village at the junction of Route 530 and Route 70 in western Manchester Township, built out around some of the largest active-adult communities in Ocean County.

What's on these lots. Overwhelmingly single-storey: attached and semi-detached ranch villas through the Crestwood Village sections, freestanding ranches on the older streets, and manufactured and modular units on the wooded lots outside the communities. On cost here. Village work prices on access and co-ordination rather than volume. A sunroom or shed removal on a shared-wall unit needs small equipment, hand demolition at the party wall, and a dumpster placed where the community office will allow it, which costs more labour than the same structure on an open lot. The offset is that several small removals on one visit share the mobilisation and the roll-off, so clearing a sunroom, a shed and a patio together prices far better than three separate trips.
